Services NexGen Quote provides professional electrical estimating services for commercial construction and renovation projects, including but not limited to: 1) Electrical takeoffs 2) Cost estimating 3) Bid support 4) Change order pricing 5) Plan review 6) Ongoing estimating support Our services are intended for licensed contractors, subcontractors, and construction professionals operating in the United States. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Project Submissions By submitting a project request, you represent and warrant that: 1) You are authorized to share all provided documents 2) All submitted information is accurate and complete 3) You have the legal right to use and distribute the provided plans and documents You acknowledge that estimate accuracy depends entirely on the quality and completeness of submitted materials. We reserve the right to accept or decline any project at our sole discretion.
4. Turnaround Time Estimated turnaround times are typically 24–48 business hours after project confirmation. Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete submissions, client communication delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Pricing and Payment Pricing will be confirmed prior to the start of any work. We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and wire transfer. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: 1) Payment is due upon delivery of the estimate 2) All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) We reserve the right to: 1) Withhold delivery until full payment is received 2) Refuse service for unpaid or disputed invoices.
6. Revisions and Accuracy If an error is identified and is attributable to NexGen Quote, we will revise the estimate at no additional cost. Additional revisions due to: 1) Scope changes 2) Updated drawings 3) Client-requested modifications may incur additional fees. We are not responsible for errors resulting from: 1) Incomplete information 2) Incorrect documents 3) Outdated plans.
7. Confidentiality We treat all client information and project documents as confidential and use them solely for the purpose of providing our services. However, you acknowledge that: 1) Data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure 2) You submit documents at your own risk Clients agree not to reproduce, distribute, or resell any estimates, deliverables, or methodologies without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability All estimates are professional opinions based on the information provided and are not guarantees of: 1) Actual project costs 2) Bid success 3) Project outcomes To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexGen Quote shall not be liable for: 1) Lost bids 2) Lost profits or revenue 3) Project delays 4) Cost overruns 5) Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this website and all deliverables provided by NexGen Quote remain the intellectual property of Estimating Cia. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the estimate solely for your internal business purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law and Changes to These Terms
